RailUK is a reference-type utilization featuring selected technical data on most of the major motive capability on British rails. Although focused primarily on the British Rail era of the mid-80's to the mid-90's, the current rail scene is also covered in the sense that most of the motive capability featured has survived the dismantling of British Rail. Locomotives, both diesel and electric, are the prime feature, but multiple units, again both diesel and electric, take not been forgotten.
