Activity Timer keeps track of the time you spend at the computer on projects or activities. It keeps track of all the times when you utilize the mouse or keyboard. You can also situate it to automatically change project when you utilize particular windows.

You can also play or shows screen alarms as a reminder to stop work after a preset period of time.
