TriHard Description:

TriHard is Shareware program for Palm OS developed by homepage.mac.com

This program stores your daily training and workout plan. You simply pierce your desired training plan in stretch or space; then, as you want to pierce workouts, the program displays what you had scheduled for that day. You can delegate your plan to the Palm Datebook, or you can prospect it in the application.
