This new sound set after "Outlook Express 5 Mac Edition" replaces Microsoft's predefined, abstract audio signals (after sending, receiving etc.) with more informative, normal human talking (English). Just unstuff and drop the file into the folder "sound sets" in your OE5 folder, then quit and restart OE5 and select "AchimТs OE5 Speech" in "Edit ... Preferences ... Notification" (note picture).
