QT Sync is a QuickTime flicks player. What can you do with "QT Sync"? Watch your movies in Full Screen

The difference ("offset") between picture and sound is shown alternatively as "frames" (pictures), milliseconds or "TimeScale units" (the internal interval unit of QuickTime).
