MSU Perceptual Video Quality Tool is Freeware program for Windows developed by Graphics&Media Lab Video Group

Freely handy implement representing near professional visual juxtaposition tests doing. Tool implements blind testing schema - experts don't identify, which codec is employed representing specific video.
You can construct two types of subjective video video comparisons and apply dissimilar ways of study of professional's opinion, including estimation of professional's reliability. You can proof several codecs (filters) simultaneously, it wish produce more qualitative juxtaposition.
Metric software contains two programs:
* Task manager (planner and statistics calculation implement)
* Player - implement representing experts, that plays proof sequences:
* with 3 seconds rewind (if allowed in assignment)
* with pause (if allowed in assignment)
* showing one pair several times (representing professional soundness evaluation)
* with final stain
Tool supports .avi and .avs (AviSynth) files.
