PCL is software meant for telephone yell logging and recording. PCL can work with any modem supporting CallerID. PCL automatically and secretly records all the statistics regarding a phone yell including voice to the hard impel. Voice records can be stored as model WAV sound files. Each record is accomplished with yell direction (incoming / past), interval / period, phone number and yell duration. PCL can work in robot mode when every yell is recorded as affluent as in instructions mode when user clicks a button every interval to originate recording.
