BonkEnc is an encoder for several audio formats. MP3, Ogg Vorbis, AAC and Bonk files are supported currently. Audio CDs can be converted directly to lone of the supported formats with the integrated CD-Ripper. Title information from freedb or CDText is saved in ID3 tags automatically. Encoding from WAVE files is also supported.

The new liberate adds bolster for the new freedb protocol plane 6 (Unicode bolster) and lots of other improvements and bug fixes.
